So basically sometimes I like to piss around and make icons with the vague notion that if I one day kick my phobia of the entire internet population I will totally use them for an RP journal! Sometimes I even get ballsy enough to make the journal! Then I will realize that Aughh I am about to pretend to be a fictional character on the internet and will chicken out!

Disney bought out Marvel! /co/ won't shut up about it! Surprisingly, I don't really give a crap, but I am enjoying the parodies very much.

Man, I need to start picking up comics again, but all the stuff I used to buy has either been canceled or we are no longer on speaking terms due to stupid plot points. And why is there such a shortage of (In continuity) adorable and funny super hero comics? Fuck that angst, I will just read X-men:First Class and various Marvel Adventures series' forever.

The new Brave and the Bold episodes need to start airing again so I can get my Blue Beetle fix, ffff.

Aughhhhh hornets have been finding their way into my room all this summer, it makes me so paranoid. Luckily we've found out the reason behind it, and fixed it(I am stupid and the side of the window I never think about was open)! Unluckily, we found out because there were two GIGANTIC FUCKING HORNETS on my door within 2 minutes of each other!

I had to duck under them and run the fuck away because I am a sissy, and then my dad killed them because he is not, hahah 8(; Regardless, I can't help but still look around nervously every few minutes in case there are still more bugs lurking in the darkness waiting to avenge their fallen comrades.

Woah, some pop-up just reminded me that today I've been on DA for a year. Funny how that works out!

Anyway, I saw the Wolverine movie with two of my friends last night, and while I don't really like Wolverine much, the movie was pretty good! Not really faithful to any of the characters, but it had mutants fighting and explosions and more steamy guys than you can shake an adamantium claw at, so I can't complain much. I probably laughed too hard at really inappropriate moments though. Like when Wolverine was carrying his honey off into the sunset I mockingly put my hand up in a gun shape and then AN ACTUAL GUN CAME ON SCREEN TO SHOOT HER. Ahaha it was perfect. And I am a terrible person, I'm sorry. Deadpool made me "D:" forever though because whhyyyyyy would they do thaaaat, though I did like the irony so it's coo'

Then after the movie, we got completely lost getting home, it was kind of hilarious.

Also lolol I am so terrible at keeping a journal.

Man, registering for the ACTs is so overly complicated it's...actually kind of funny. They had at least three pages to fill out that were nearly the same, and a full personality test in the middle of it.
My mom and I were wondering why they couldn't just take our money and get it over with, ugh.
Also, I'm gonna be touring a local art school with the folks to check it out next week. I need to think about what pictures to bring with me for them to see. Ffff, good thing I just finished some paintings I like recently.

On another note, my art teacher had about 10 lbs of scrap clay for me to have, and I've been making 1 inch Katamari Cousins with it ever since. I might put up some pictures once my legion is complete!

I don't know about you guys, but when I get bored and no one's online to talk to (IE:Always) I go harass AIMbots. Today's victim is SmarterChild, who used to be far more interesting, but alas.

Also, I really really love things 4th graders draw. My school's art club had to judge an elementary school's art projects (with the theme of "WOW!") and it was the funniest ever. There was this amazing piece of work with a big guy shooting bright pink lasers out of his hands with the description of "HE IS GREAT!!!" That got full points by me. As did the picture of a guy with a skate board that pierced the heavens! put a hole in the atmosphere and it was just...so weird I couldn't explain if I tried.

THREE GUESS AT WHO GOT STUCK UP AT THE SCHOOL TODAY WHEN IT WAS CANCELED? FIRST TWO GUESSES DON'T COUNT.

So...school's still canceled from power outages/what have you, but my mom graciously rode me to school anyway!(Though it's my fault for not looking up if we had school or not, I just knew we were running late so GO GO GO) Thinking nothing strange of the completely desolate and dark innards of the building, my mom drove off and I awkwardly loitered around the entrance with some other girls.
They were apparently there to get picked up for a bus that was going to a community college, and then after some exchanges where I basically sputtered "wait...so no one's here for Highschool?" "...School was canceled?" "...seriously?" the whole time, I asked to borrow a cell phone and was met with the answering machine. Lovely.

After waiting around some more I ran into my friend other!Danielle, who after hearing about what happened immediately informed me that I was "down bad" and laughed. I don't blame her, as I would be ROLLING if this happened to someone else (and really, I thing it was hilarious still) So I borrowed her cell phone and left a second, more angry message on my answering machine that went somewhere along the lines of "WHY DID YOU ABANDON ME MOTHERRRRRR" and she picked up half way through my whining and came to get me.

HAPPY ENDING.

The kicker is that school WASN'T actually canceled yesterday, so I ended up missing school when it was open and going when it was closed. I LOVE ME.

Schools been canceled due to a power outage from last night, sweet! What is not sweet is that while I was stumbling around in my pitch black house I managed to smack my head off of a shelf. I also got hit in the face by a flying branch when I was outside watching the weather with my dad. I AM JUST PRONE TO INJURY, OKAY.
But yeah, suffice to say, it was pretty damn windy outside last night. Combined with distant lightning, the clouds speeding around, the dim light, and my irrational fear of tornados(irrational because I like near the mountains) it was really spooky.

The good news is that I can use this time to finish my Chemistry homework, WHOOPS.
Bad news is that I am up at 7 in the morning and can't get back to sleep.

...Now that I've gone through the trouble of joining LJ, I really have no clue what I want to post on here. (GOOD JOB, ME)
But any way, I am Retrokinetic and I enjoy wasting Livejournal's bandwidth.
